A Salisbury woman is facing a second-degree murder charge after police say she performed an unlicensed plastic surgery procedure that led to the death of a transgender teen.
First, she is plied with hydrocodone and whiskey and told to lay face down on a bed.
Symone Jones, 19, died on 12th January of complications following the procedure allegedly carried out by 42-year-old Kavonceya Iman Cornelius.
