Jane Doe refused, and Medeiros abruptly left the island, abandoning the teen girl.
In exchange for her services, Medeiros was handsomely rewarded with cash, plastic surgery, stem cell injections, jewelry and four luxury cars including a DeLorean.
The suit is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.
Medeiros was an employee of Nygard International — the clothing company headquartered in Times Square — but she was really a sex worker, the papers allege.
Medeiros vehemently denies these false and salacious allegations and looks forward to the Court dismissing these baseless claims.
The suit, which does not name Nygard as a defendant, alleges that Medeiros trafficked her and other women to the Finnish-born designer.
